Accommodation rules

No smoking inside the accommodation.
No pets allowed.
Parties are forbidden.
Towels and linen are exclusively for use inside the accommodation.
We take care of water and electricity consumption to protect the environment.
We take care to remove the sand before entering the accommodation.
Any damage to accommodation is charged accordingly.
Check-in: 1630-2300
Check-out: 0700-1100
Quiet hours:
1 April to 30 September 1500-1730 and 2300-0700
1 October to 31 March 1530-1730 and 2200-0730

Reservation policy

Minimum stay  4 days.

Reservation Offers:
3 weeks, 2 days free of charge
4 weeks, 3 days free of charge

For reservations: 20% down payment and 80% bank deposit up to 3 working days prior arrival.

Bookings canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival are normally refunded (the amount of the down payment  minus  bank charges).
